In 2012, SCC Flag Football launched its very first season indoors with just 62 enthusiastic 2nd & 3rd-grade athletes—who now have college degrees (yikes!). What began as a small local league has grown year after year thanks to the incredible support of our participating towns, sponsors, families, coaches, and players.

Last year, SCC BODYARMOR Flag Football proudly hosted more than 1,400 participants, continuing our mission to provide a fun, competitive, and development-focused football experience for young athletes of all skill levels.

In 2023, our Elite program reached a major milestone, earning its first-ever invitation to the USA Flag Youth World Championship Tournament in San Antonio, TX. With three Elite teams competing, our 10U squad won two playoff games against top programs from across the country.

Just two years later, SCC BODYARMOR Elite now has three Top-25 nationally ranked teams and we have expanded our offering to showcase 7 Elite teams (7U, 8U, 9U, 10U East & West, 11U, and 12U) ready to compete at the highest level in 2026—and we're only getting started.
